POST NATAL COURSE FEEDBACK
I really enjoyed the course, it gave me 45 minutes of ‘me’ time which I very rarely get. I liked the fact that the course got harder as it went along and now I have home workouts to do for life whenever I have a few spare minutes, plus i now know what to do with a resistance band when previously i had no idea how to use it!

I enjoyed this course very much, the intensity was just right for me starting again after having a baby. Feel like ive started to lose some of the mum tum but actually just felt good for doing a bit of exercise again and have booked the next block so i can keep up the good work
