Strength Squad Plans

  • A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme using strength based movements with bodyweight and a looped band.

    This is for complete beginners who do not have access to weights but would like to get going with learning how to progressively resistance train.

    The training frequency is 2x per week with an optional 3rd conditioning session

  • A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme designed for beginners to complete at home or in a gym to introduce dumbbell weighted exercises.

    This programme is for those fairly new to exercise and strength training who want to build confidence with loaded/weighted movements. Training frequency is 2x per week with an optional conditioning session

  • A one off payment for a 12 week self paced programme using dumbbells.

    This is progressive overload style plan for those who have experience using weights to perform the major movement patterns such as squats, rows and deadlifts.

    The programme can be completed at home or in a gym

    Includes 2 strength sessions plus a high impact conditioning session per week

    The training frequency is 3x per week

Strength Squad FAQ

1. Is this a follow along video plan?

This is NOT a follow along video style workout plan with music. This is coaching plan delivered via an app with all workouts written out alongside short video demonstrations and coaching guidance on repetitions, sets and weight

2. How will I progress the exercises?

In each training block there will be clear guidance on how to make each exercise harder as you get stronger, and you WILL get stronger!

3. How long are the exercise sessions?

All exercise sessions are designed to take between 30-45 minutes

4. What equipment do I need?

Depending on the programme you will need either a long looped band or a lighter and heavier set of dumbbells. Please be prepared to invest in heavier weights as you get stronger - which you will!

5. Will you help me stay accountable?

Absolutely! You will be part of our strength squad group within the app. Here you will have the opportunity to ask questions, get help from me and send your exercise form video for coaching

6. How often do the workouts change?

You will stick to the same workouts for minimum of 3/4 weeks before moving on to a new set of exercises. If you’re someone who likes to have a new routine every session then this plan is NOT for you

Hi Im Kelly and I have a whopping 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Throughout this time, i’ve acquired profound understandings of women’s needs in exercise

My expertise lies in strength and mobility training, particularly in guiding women over 35 and into the menopausal stages.

My passion is empowering women to comprehend their bodies and gain clarity on controllable factors

I am not a ‘go hard or go home’ trainer, neither do I subscribe to ‘6 week transformations’. Im about building real strength for health, longevity and a truly active life

I work with a limited number of clients face to face at my private studio in East Ham, London and remotely via Zoom

Alternatively I offer one off ‘form coaching’ sessions to help women correct their form and technique or tackle certain issues around limited mobility or pain
