A one off payment for a 6 week self paced course designed for beginners to introduce dumbbell weighted exercises. This programme is for those fairly new to exercise and strength training who want to build confidence with loaded/weighted movements. Training frequency is 2x per week

A one off payment for a 12 week self paced plan using dumbbells. This is for those who have experience using weights to perform the major movement patterns such as squats, rows and deadlifts. The training frequency is 3x per week
