A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme using strength based movements with bodyweight and a looped band.
This is for complete beginners who do not have access to weights but would like to get going with learning how to progressively resistance train.
The training frequency is 2x per week with an optional 3rd conditioning session

A one off payment for a 8 week self paced programme designed for beginners to complete at home or in a gym to introduce dumbbell weighted exercises.
This programme is for those fairly new to exercise and strength training who want to build confidence with loaded/weighted movements. Training frequency is 2x per week with an optional conditioning session

A one off payment for a 12 week self paced programme using dumbbells.
This is progressive overload style plan for those who have experience using weights to perform the major movement patterns such as squats, rows and deadlifts.
The programme can be completed at home or in a gym
Includes 2 strength sessions plus a high impact conditioning session per week
The training frequency is 3x per week
